Notice what’s happening in your body.

​Just notice.
Stay with yourself here.
You don’t need to escape this feeling.
​You’re allowed to be supported inside it.
Now, choose one small grounding action:
-sip water
-step outside
-sit down and breathe
-place your hand on your chest
Nothing big. Just one step forward.

Name 5 things you can see
Press your feet into the ground
Wrap your arms around yourself
​Take 3 slow breaths (in 4, out 6)
If your body is tight…
your thoughts are looping…
and you don’t have the energy to figure anything out…
you don’t need a plan.
​You need a place to land.
Safe is a guided space you can return to when everything feels like too much.
