Thoughts Matter.
​In chapter one, we read the example of Edwin C. Barnes and his steadfast and disciplined approach to working with Thomas A. Edison. He held his burning desire for this partnership as an obsession that he would absolutely see come through to fruition.
​He worked any job given to him in Mr. Edison's organization, all while watching for his opportunity for partnership. He was diligent and enthusiastic at the work he was given, no matter how insignificant the task was.
​Later, his opportunity came, and the slogan was made up to read "Made by Edison and Installed by Barnes."
​Thoughts matter. Steadfastness and holding to our dreams matters. Big wins come in the small tasks we do well.

​I am enjoying my Think and Grow Rich journey. I've read it through most of the way, listened through the audio version of it twice, and am working on implementing the steps to take to re-program my subconscious mind.
