Playing make-believe is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health advice and sessions. It can soothe the nervous system and support the working out of the goals you have decided to aim for with your professional mental health team.
You are the main character, writer, director, producer and owner of your life's story. Be responsible for it and enjoy the rewards from it.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please seek help from the appropriate mental health professionals in your area.
